What inspired you to write your book?
My current release, Second Nature, was a long time coming. I worked on it off and on for years before I realized it would be a vampire story. I wrote Desiree’s character first and the rest sort of came out of that.
Do you have a specific writing style?
I believe I do. I have a certain way that I write; I am character-focused first and then I add in the other details. I am comfortable with that approach, and my fans appear to like it.
How did you come up with the title?

Exciting news about SECOND NATURE!
New book release and release party!
I just wanted to drop in and announce that Second Nature, book one of the Blood at First Sight Series, will be released on December 9th. Yay! I’m giving you a sneak peak of the cover here, but it won’t officially be revealed until a few days before the release. Pre-orders should be starting up around that time.
I am so excited about this paranormal romance/urban fantasy series. 🙂
